Maintenance Request Form

General maintenance which is the Landlord’s responsibility (for which there is normally no charge) is carried out on the following Tuesday or Friday. Please indicate the day and time preferred and whether access is permitted in your absence.

We will be pleased to arrange for any other repairs or maintenance work requested by the tenant for which there will be a charge with a minimum call-out fee of £75

If you contact us before the close of business on a Monday, the work can be carried out on Tuesday or Friday of that week. If you contact us before close of business on a Thursday, the work can be carried out on the Friday or the following Tuesday.
