All our properties are let on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unlike many other letting agents, we do not charge an initial administration or credit-checking fee.

Once you have received confirmation in writing that a property has been offered to you, you may then reserve the property for 14 days by paying the security deposit, during which time the properly completed Tenancy Agreement must also be received at our office to enable us to complete the relevant checks prior to the exchange of legal agreements. 

Any reasonable request received in writing to extend the 14-day reservation period will be favourably considered by the Landlord.

If the Tenancy Agreement has not been received properly and fully completed and no written request has been granted for an extension of the 14-day reservation period, or if your application is refused due to a credit or other check, then your security deposit will be returned to you, minus a cancellation administration fee of £100, within five working days.


 


When you have received confirmation, in writing, offering you a property, you may complete the agreement by following the five instructions below:

Enter the information required by typing into the appropriate boxes on pages 1, 8, 9 and 10.

Download or open the Standing Order Mandate Form

and then enter the information required in the boxes provided.
4. Print two copies of both documents (one for your records) and sign where indicated.

Send the completed signed forms together with your security deposit cheque of £1200, made payable to Glenfield Real Estate Ltd, to:
