| I would recommend the Royal Mail Redirect Service. It does not cost much and it makes sure that all your mail gets to you for the first six months after you have left -- Harvard Court Tenant |

| Ask early if you want
to secure your house for another year. We had to sign a new Tenancy
Agreement in January even though our current tenancy did not expire
until August. All the houses in Stanford Court appear to be let by

friends a house next to us. If you want to do the same, warn them
to get their household of four or five in place and ready to go so
they can sign the lease and don’t miss out on the New Year rush.
