General maintenance which is the Landlord’s responsibility (for which there is normally no charge) is carried out on the following Tuesday or Friday. Please indicate the day and time preferred and whether access is permitted in your absence.
We will be pleased to arrange for any other repairs or maintenance work requested by the tenant which is not the landlord’s responsibility which the tenant is liable for which there will be a charge with a minimum call-out fee of £75
